To apply complete all of the following steps

  • Student must complete the Student Application Form

    •  

  • Parent must complete the Parent Information Form

    •  

  • Supporting documents must be emailed to HEROESgifted@gmail.com

    •  

  • Submit the $35 annual Membership Fee ($10 for Siblings) for the year ending June 30, 2011 and the remainder of the 2009/2010 year will be free.
